Australian Customers
Free Express shipping for all orders within Australia
Orders are sent registered with tracking and signature on delivery via Express Australia Post in a home compostable satchel.
All items will require an email address to be shipped.
Australian delivery times are around 3-5 business days, sometimes shorter or longer.
All parcels are shipped with insurance.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the Customer. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
If the item appears to be damaged in transit to you please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include photos.
International Customers
International Shipping price is calculated at checkout.
If no shipping option is available for your country at checkout, please contact us to organise shipping.

International Delivery times are usually 1-3 weeks, feel free to contact me if you would like me to try to get a more accurate arrival time.
The Customer is responsible for any and all additional import customs duties, taxes and other fees applicable to importing the goods into your country. Please note that loose gemstones and jewellery may fall under two different sections. More information should be accessible through your country’s customs website.

Returns
Online & In-Person Stock Item Orders
If you for whatever reason you are unhappy with your stock item purchase within 7 days of receiving it, you may return it for a full refund minus any shipping costs. This allows you to view the item in hand and decide if it is for you.
Please contact me before returning any items, this is to ensure that you have the correct return address.
The Customer returning the item is responsible for all return shipping costs.
The Customer is liable for the item while in transit, if the item is lost or damaged in the post on its way back to The Stone Alchemist a refund cannot be issued.
We highly recommend returning using registered with tracking and signature on delivery Express Australia Post. Preferably with insurance.
The Stone Alchemist is not liable for the item while in return shipping until they have signed for it.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and in original packaging. If the item is damaged in any way, such as a chipped or scratched stone a refund will not be possible and the product will be returned to you at your cost.
Once the item has been inspected, allow up to one week from delivery, if the item is in original condition a refund will be made less the shipping costs using the original payment method. The Stone Alchemist reserves the right to refuse a return should we evaluate the item to not be in its original condition.
Items that have been resized are not eligible for a refund or exchange, so we ask that you check your size carefully.
Items may be exchanged for another item or credit note within 7 days of purchase.
Custom Orders
The Stone Alchemist does not offer returns or refunds of any kind on Custom Orders.
If an item is faulty we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, repairing the item or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time and it is deemed to be a manufacturing fault.
